Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Cyrenza, Inc. ("Cyrenza," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Cyrenza's public website (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website may store on a computer, phone, or other device. Cookies can enable a website to function, maintain security, remember settings, measure activity, or support advertising.

Similar technologies include pixels, scripts, tags, local storage, software development kits, and other technologies that store information on or access information from a device. In this policy, "cookies" includes similar technologies where relevant.

Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies, which are set by the website you visit.
  • Third-party cookies, which are set by another organization whose technology appears on the website.
  • Session cookies, which generally expire when you close the browser.
  • Persistent cookies, which remain until their configured expiry or until you delete them.

2. Cyrenza's current use of cookies

Cyrenza does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cookies that follow visitors across unaffiliated websites.

At the time of this policy, Cyrenza does not intentionally set a cookie on a visitor's device through the public Site. The hosting and security infrastructure may still process ordinary network-request information needed to deliver and protect the Site, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ordinary server logs and security records are not necessarily cookies because they may be generated without storing or reading information on your device. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

Cyrenza may introduce a strictly necessary technology if it is essential to provide a function you request, maintain security, prevent abuse, or route network traffic. A technology is not considered strictly necessary merely because it is convenient or useful to Cyrenza.

Where applicable law does not require consent for a strictly necessary technology, Cyrenza may use it without a consent request. We will still describe the technology, its provider, its purpose, and its duration in this policy.

5. Non-essential cookies and consent

Cyrenza will not place analytics, advertising, preference, or other non-essential cookies where consent is required unless:

  • you receive clear information about the technology and its purpose;
  • you can accept or refuse it before it is used;
  • refusing is as accessible as accepting; and
  • you can later withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it.

Because Cyrenza does not currently use non-essential cookies, the Site does not currently require a cookie-consent banner.

If the Site begins using non-essential cookies, Cyrenza will update this policy and implement the appropriate controls before enabling them.

6. Third-party content and links

The Site may link to a third-party website. Following a link takes you to a site governed by the third party's own privacy and cookie practices. Cyrenza does not control cookies used on a third-party website.

Cyrenza does not currently embed third-party videos, social-media widgets, chat widgets, advertising content, or other third-party content that places non-essential cookies when a page loads.

If Cyrenza later embeds third-party content, it will be blocked from setting non-essential cookies until any consent required by applicable law has been obtained.

7. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser's documentation for instructions.

Blocking a strictly necessary cookie may prevent the function supported by that cookie from working correctly. Blocking non-essential cookies should not prevent access to the ordinary public content of the Site.

8. Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals

There is no uniform standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals. The Site does not separately respond to those signals.

Cyrenza does not currently sell Personal Data, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or conduct targeted advertising. Accordingly, an opt-out preference signal does not change the Site's current practices.

If Cyrenza later conducts an activity for which applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will implement the required response before beginning that activity.

9. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the Site, its technology, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date.

When a previous version exists, Cyrenza will make it available through the Legal Center or on request.
