Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Cyrenza platform and services (“Services”) and is incorporated into the Platform Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Platform Agreement.

1. Purpose

This AUP describes the permitted and prohibited uses of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, and the use by your Authorized Users, complies with this AUP at all times.

2. Permitted Use

2.1. The Services are designed for professional and business use. You may use the Services to:

  • Execute Agent tasks for legitimate business purposes across supported industry verticals.
  • Store and manage business documents and data.
  • Generate Artifacts for internal business use.
  • Integrate the Platform with authorized third-party services.
  • Access the API for programmatic operations within your allocated quotas.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and will not permit any Authorized User or third party to, engage in the following:

3.1 Illegal Activities

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
  • Use the Services to process, store, or transmit content that violates laws governing export control, data protection, consumer protection, or unfair business practices.

3.2 Harmful Content

  • Use the Services to generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Use the Services to generate content that exploits minors in any way.
  • Use the Services to generate discriminatory content based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

3.3 Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or associated systems.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

3.4 Abuse of Resources

  • Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining.
  • Use automated systems to access the Services in a manner exceeding reasonable human use, except through the approved API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties without prior written consent.
  • Use the Services to build a competitive product or service.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels.

3.5 Data Misuse

  • Upload or transmit Customer Data that you do not have the right to make available.
  • Use the Services to collect or harvest personal information of others without appropriate consent.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.

3.6 AI-Specific Prohibitions

  • Use Agent outputs as the sole basis for decisions with significant legal, financial, or safety implications without human review.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated Artifacts as human-created work in contexts where disclosure is required by law.
  • Use the Services to generate deepfakes, synthetic media for deception, or impersonation content.
  • Attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer the models, weights, or training data of the AI systems.
  • Use the Services to develop weapons, surveillance systems, or tools for oppression.

4. Industry-Specific Obligations

4.1. When using industry-specific Agents (e.g., Legal, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate), you acknowledge that:

  • Agent outputs are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed practitioners.
  • You are responsible for having qualified professionals review and validate all Agent outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, or regulatory purposes.
  • Cyrenza does not provide legal, financial, investment, insurance, or medical advice.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1. Cyrenza reserves the right to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP.

5.2. If Cyrenza determines that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Suspend or restrict your access to the Services.
  • Terminate your Account in accordance with the Platform Agreement.
  • Report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5.3. Cyrenza will endeavor to provide notice before or promptly after taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services or other customers.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to: abuse@cyrenza.com

7. Changes to This Policy

Cyrenza may update this AUP from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
